This is the coast of Bar Harbor. It took hours to get up there from Portland. Bar Harbor is on Desert Island, and you drive through miles of nothing much to get there... when you arrive, you find a resort town with thousands of tourists. We stayed in a hostel there and watched Jaws, which we felt was appropriate.
